Role Description

This full-time remote Administrative Assistant role is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and other team members. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and organizing digital documents and files. The Administrative Assistant will handle incoming calls and emails, prepare correspondence and basic reports, and ensure that information is accurately recorded and accessible. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting executive-level administrators, maintaining records, assisting with billing or time entry, and following established procedures for client service. The role requires consistent attention to detail, timely task completion, and clear communication with colleagues in a remote work environment.
