Part-Time Admin Support
We’re looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Admin Superstar to join the Bright BMS team on a part-time basis.
To start with, we’re looking for someone to work 2 days a week – Thursday and Friday mornings, with the potential for this to grow as the business continues to expand.
The role will be varied and will involve helping us keep on top of the day-to-day admin that comes with running a busy and growing BMS company.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Chasing outstanding POs and PO uplifts
- Following up on overdue invoices and payments
- Keeping on top of client and project follow-ups
- Updating job and project spreadsheets
- Keeping records and information up to date
- Helping organise and track ongoing jobs
- General admin support across the business
- Dealing with ad-hoc jobs and tasks as they arise
- Helping to keep everything organised and making sure nothing gets missed

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, good with spreadsheets, happy to pick up the phone and chase things when needed, and who can work independently.
You don’t need to know the BMS industry, we can teach you that. What’s important to us is having someone who is reliable, switched-on, good at communicating and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
Bright BMS is a growing family run business, so this isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing the same thing every day. There will be lots of variety, and as we grow, there is the opportunity for the role and hours to grow with us.
