About Us
We are a growing pallet delivery and logistics company committed to providing reliable, efficient, and professional transport services across the UK. We are looking for an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team and support our day-to-day operations.
The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy transport office. You will work closely with the operations team, drivers, customers, and warehouse staff to provide excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Process customer orders and update delivery information.
- Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests, and transport documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using company systems.
- Liaise with drivers regarding collections and deliveries.
- Track pallet consignments and provide delivery updates.
- Assist with booking collections and scheduling deliveries.
- Process invoices and complete general data entry.
- File and organise paperwork and electronic records.
- Support the transport and warehouse teams with administrative tasks.
- Carry out any other general office duties as required.

Essential Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous administration or office experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
