Role Description
The Administrative Assistant role at TCC is a part-time, remote based role. You will ideally be based in or within commutable distance of London, as there will be meetings in Central London from time to time.
The Administrative Assistant will manage the day to day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organising files and preparing basic reports and documents. This role will handle inbound emails, outbound calls and flag / direct inquiries to the founder.

You will also support the founder with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting books and meeting preparation.

The Administrative Assistant will also perform general clerical duties, including data entry, copying and scanning, while ensuring that internal procedures are followed and records are accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and other freelance members of staff to provide a fully responsive and professional service.
Qualifications
This is an entry level role, therefore these skills can have been gained via work experience, volunteering or transferrable skills from coursework or group projects at 6th Form / College or University:
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, documentation and daily office operations.
- Candidates should possess effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance experience or the ability to support senior leaders with calendars, travel and meeting coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred and beneficial but is not required.
