Admin Assistant Opportunity at Angel Accounting
We have a new opportunity to join the fabulous team here at Angel Accounting as an Admin Assistant! This is perfect if you’re fresh out of education or looking for a new path. No previous experience is required, just a hunger within you to grow in the role as progression is possible. This is an in-person full-time role, however, flexibility is possible. Our office hours are 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities
- Record Scanning - Our clients often hand us bags of receipts and we need those on our server!
- Filing - With paperwork coming in and out of the office all the time, we need to know where it is, and how to get it. Full training of software provided.
- Assisting with client queries - Sometimes a client will call, sometimes they'll email. Either way, we strive to help them as best as possible.
- Data Entry - Does what it says on the tin!
- Accounting Software use - We will train you to use Accounting specific software, such as Dext, Xero, and BrightPay.

Experience
- Good communication - both verbally & written.
- Organisational Skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Level of Computer literacy.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency.
- Customer Service.
- A good sense of humour! We always need a laugh in the office.
On top of that, you need to be comfortable with our Chief Paw Officer, Jess. She won't pester you, but in her own words: "Woof woof!!! I have a pawsitive effect on the team woof. I improve productivity in the team. woof woof I loveeeee treats and cuddles woof."
