Breast Thermography Scan Technician / Administrative Assistant

The Natural Doctor Clinic on Harley Street is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Breast Thermography Scan Technician / Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a professional with a genuine interest in natural medicine.

We are seeking a customer-focused, goal-oriented individual to join our patient support team. The ideal candidate will be driven, able to perform well under pressure, and confident in building rapport with clients.

As pioneers in breast thermography, we offer full training to become a qualified breast scan technician. Excellent telephone manner and strong written and spoken English are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting breast thermography scans
  • Providing patient support (phone and email enquiries)
  • Booking appointments
  • Maintaining and updating patient records
  • Escalating patient queries to the doctor
  • Ordering medications and supplements
  • Managing stock levels
  • Supporting the practice manager

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and quick to learn
  • Comfortable working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in a medical setting is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Administrative and clerical experience, including use of databases, Word, Excel, and email
  • Good typing speed
  • Post-secondary education (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £26,500
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30/9:00am – 5:30pm on-site
  • Generous monthly bonus after successful completion of probation (based on clinic performance)
  • Paid overtime

  • Additional leave over the Christmas period when the clinic is closed
