Location: Sidcup

Salary: A GBP 23,787 to A GBP 26,711 per annum

Vacancy Type: 3-month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 35 per week

Are you an organised administrator who enjoys working with data, records, and digital systems?

Rose Bruford College is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide short-term administrative support across our Student Records and Programme Administration teams. This is a varied fixed-term role, with the majority of day-to-day support focused on Student Records activity.

You will help maintain accurate student records, support data input and checking, respond to routine queries, and assist with key administrative processes that support students and colleagues across the College. The role would suit someone who is confident working with digital systems, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys providing a responsive and professional service.

  • Are confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
