Part-Time Administrative Associate, Manchester, UK (Mobile / Field-Based)

Globeia is establishing its base in Manchester, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Associate to be the first face of our service on the ground.

This is a part-time, hourly role, 5 to 15 hours per week to start, scaling up as our client volume grows. In the early phase, you will be working mobile, meeting clients across the city. Once volumes build, we will establish a permanent office space in Manchester, and you will have the opportunity to grow with us into that.

What you will be doing

  • Meeting our clients across Manchester to assist with administrative paperwork and document handling.
  • Coordinating appointments and managing day to day client communication.
  • Keeping accurate records of every interaction, document, and timestamp.
  • Acting as the local point of contact for our global team.
  • Supporting the rollout of our Manchester office once volumes justify the move.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
