About the Role

Our Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business line is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the members of the construction team for their various project management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Interface between the EPC team and the central accounting department, particularly for subjects related to the group's ERP system.
  • Manage orders in the ERP system.
  • Support the process of recording orders and invoices and the associated archiving.
  • Verify compliance with commitment and payment validation procedures.
  • Interface with suppliers for administrative matters.
  • Manage purchase tasks for projects (order supplies for the site, assistance with housing and equipment for teams on temporary mobility).
  • Manage and update internal procedures and documentation.
  • Assist the team in the management of expense reports and keeping the travel schedule.
  • Follow compliance KYTP process.

  • Bachelor's or Technical degree in Management or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative position (preferably in a multinational company).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and Office tools.
  • Proficiency in English, other regional languages would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Integrity.
  • Team player.
  • Time management with a sense of priorities (know to prioritize and deal with emergencies).
  • Autonomy and initiative.
