ADMIN ASSISTANT
LOCATION: United Kingdom (fully remote)
PAY
£12.71 to £14.00 per hour (£24,785 to £27,300 per annum equivalent at 37.5 hours)
CONTRACT
Full-time. Part-time hours of 25 or more per week considered.
REPORTING TO
Office Manager (client side)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Team4Rec is recruiting on behalf of a client, a UK professional services business with a fully remote back-office team. The client is named at first-stage screening.
The role will suit someone organised and dependable who wants a permanent admin position they can do from home, with proper systems and a manager who is available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Admin Assistant keeps day-to-day administration moving: inbox and diary management, document preparation, data entry and record keeping, and support to a small team of consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a shared inbox and route enquiries to the right person.
- Maintain diaries and arrange internal and client meetings.
- Prepare, format and proofread documents, letters and reports.
- Enter and update records accurately in the CRM and shared drives.
- Raise purchase orders and log invoices for the finance team.
- Support onboarding paperwork for new team members.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous administrative or office support experience.
- Daily-use confidence with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Accurate typing and strong attention to detail.
- Clear written English and a professional phone manner.
- Reliability and self-motivation in a fully remote environment.
- A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- The right to work in the UK.

DESIRABLE
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Exposure to basic finance admin such as invoicing or expenses.
