Admin Assistant (Trade Compliance)
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Rapiscan Systems, a global leader in advanced security and inspection technology. At Rapiscan Systems, we help protect borders, ports, airports, critical infrastructure, and high-security facilities worldwide. Our innovative X-ray inspection and detection solutions play a vital role in combating terrorism, illegal trafficking, drug smuggling, and trade fraud. As part of our continued success, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Trade Compliance team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator looking to develop experience within an international compliance environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, reviewing export licence documentation, and ensuring compliance files are complete, organised, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain Trade Compliance documentation and records.
- Review and manage export licence files, including:
- UK SIELs and OGELs
- UK export licences
- German export licences
- Intra-community shipment documentation
- Australian export licences
- Support documentation reviews for 920CT shipments.
- Verify that compliance records are accurately tracked, filed, and maintained.
- Ensure all files contain the required supporting documentation.
- Assist with general administrative activities related to compliance and record management.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining complete and organised documentation.

What We're Looking For
- Previous administration or document control experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to work.
- Comfortable managing structured documentation and records.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
