Job Summary
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to managers and staff. You'll handle scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks, helping keep operations organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain organized filing systems, digital and physical
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
