Summary
We are a Subaru Performance parts specialist who sell Subaru parts online and in our retail shop. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help in all areas of the business, including sales, accounts and warehousing. If you are looking for a varied role which will give you experience of several disciplines, this is the role for you!
Wage
£15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab)

What you'll learn
Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:
- write letters or emails,
- create proposals,
- perform financial processes,
- record and analyse data.
Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
Produces accurate records and documents including:
- emails,
- letters,
- files,
- payments,
- reports and proposals.
Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.
Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.

Training schedule
Online attendance with Loughborough College within the first 15 months, one morning per week with on-site sessions in the afternoon to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment. Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor. Attendance to Loughborough College for an Induction Day. (Induction to take place on the last Wednesday of the month that you are enrolled, 9:30am-3pm. Confirmation of date provided upon enrolment) On-the-job training. Off-the-job training.
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in: 4 subjects including Maths and English (grade C/4 or equivalent)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

An interest in cars would be preferred. Our office is home to three friendly dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in an environment where dogs are present.
