Job Opportunity
To support our growing UK operations, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Officer to join our team in a junior-level, on-site role in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and support daily accounting transactions.
- Enter invoices, receipts, expenses, payments, and other financial records into ERP system used by the company.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and payment follow-up.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, expense reports, and preparation of basic finance reports.
- Organise and archive accounting documents, contracts, supplier records, and administrative files.
- Coordinate general office administration, including correspondence, meeting arrangements, office supplies, and day-to-day operational support.
- Liaise with internal teams, external accountants, suppliers, and service providers when required.
- Support UK office set-up processes and contribute to smooth administrative workflows as the office grows.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, finance administration, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of UK bookkeeping practices, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial record keeping.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems; knowledge of Canias, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with confidential financial information.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a growing office environment and support both finance and administrative needs.
- Fluent English is required; Turkish language skills would be an advantage.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
