About the Role
This impressive and friendly law firm in Cheltenham is looking for an A'level or college leaver with some office admin experience to step into their supportive firm as a Team Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
- Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arranging couriers’ services as necessary
- Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques, and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
- Supporting the Legal PAs and Partners as and when they need.

Requirements
To apply for this role, you must have some experience working in administration. The firm may also consider recent school leavers with strong A Level results, or university graduates with administrative experience in a professional setting.

Additional Information
This role is initially offered on a 6-month contract basis and the salary is £26,500 + excellent benefits.
