We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to Converse European sales

Who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. The ideal candidate will possess high learning agility, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as you'll need to prioritize multiple tasks, set expectations with various stakeholders, and proactively follow through on requests to completion. The ability to work independently and adapt your approach to best support leaders and businesses is crucial.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will provide support to the European Senior commercial Director and collaborate closely with their team

WHAT YOU BRING TO CONVERSE

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse personalities, including senior-level executives
  • Proactive and structured team player, thriving in fast-moving environments
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/MS Teams)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, managing conflicts, and coordinating with teammates and leaders
  • Planning Meetings and Events: Catering, agenda planning, and working with external parties
  • Team & Culture Building: Fostering team connections through staff meetings, team-building activities, offsites, and workspace design
  • Expense Management: Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and managing itineraries and documentation
  • Document Preparation & Organization: Producing, editing, and formatting documents and email correspondence
  • Communications: Drafting, editing, and sending communications on the leader's behalf, under their direction
