Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Within the FinOps organisation, the Workplace team is responsible for far more than managing office space. We elevate the Netflix experience so that each individual feels inspired and equipped to do the best work of their lives. The Finance and Strategy team defines the long-term Ad Strategy direction for the Ads business by advising local Ads leadership on market positioning, strategic initiatives, and growth priorities.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support three Directors within the Workplace/FinOps team. This role is based in our London office and will work closely with regional Workplace leads, HR business partners, Finance, and cross-functional partners across multiple time zones.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple and diverse responsibilities across time zones with strong attention to detail. A high level of organisation and excellent communication skills are essential. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and exercises good judgment, someone who can not only excel in day-to-day support but also spot ways to make the wider team more organised and efficient. Read our culture memo to understand more about how we work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
