About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator, Team Assistant or coordinator ready to develop within a world-class financial institution. You will support a team of busy bankers, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and balancing a high volume of requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

This is an exceptional opportunity has arisen for you to join a globally renowned investment bank as a Junior Assistant, supporting high-performing teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diary, Meetings and Communication
    • Managing diaries and calendars for bankers across Analyst, Associate and Junior VP populations
    • Coordinating meetings, conference calls and virtual meetings across multiple time zones
    • Handling high volumes of email and telephone communications
  • Travel and Expenses
    • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Processing expenses and supporting expense-management activities
  • Administrative and Team Support
    • Processing invoices and maintaining administrative workflows
    • Managing ad hoc requests while maintaining a high level of organisation and accuracy
    • Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business

Requirements

You will need at least two years of experience as an assistant and confidence when scheduling meetings with stakeholders and managing competing priorities within a fast-paced business environment.

What's On Offer?

  • £16 – 18 inclusive of holiday pay
  • Five days in the office
  • 12–18 month role, initial offer will be six-month, then extension
  • Potential longer-term opportunities for high performers
