The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and detail-focused Administration Assistant to join our busy Hire Desk within our General Cranes Division at West Drayton.
As an integral member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Hire Desk, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of one of our largest and busiest depots. This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email.
- Preparing customer quotations and drafting hire contracts.
- Working closely with Head Office to resolve invoice queries.
- Processing and inputting timesheets accurately within Company systems.
- Maintaining trackers and internal systems to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date and complete.
- Attending weekly review meetings to support the timely and accurate completion of invoicing.
- Providing general administrative support to the Hire Desk team.
- Supporting depot operations in relation to welfare, safety, working hours compliance and environmental, health and safety requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The right to live and work in the UK
- A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience working within a Hire Desk environment and/or the crane hire, construction, plant hire or related industries would be an advantage.

This is a fully office-based position; therefore, applicants must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance of West Drayton.
