Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives on solving problems, managing processes, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment?
Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join a dynamic team in the orthopaedics and medical devices industry. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This position involves interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, making it a key contributor to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing product-related inquiries and resolving issues such as lost shipments or order clarifications.
- Process customer orders, registrations, and connect them to appropriate support or field staff when necessary.
- Manage web-based ordering systems, handle customer credits, returns, and quality assurance complaints.
- Approve stock allocations during shortages, special price quotations, and adjustments.
- Oversee inventory management at customer facilities using electronic data interchange (EDI) systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and service efficiency.
- Collaborate with management on pricing allowances, deductions, and other adjustments.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Experience with inventory management systems and electronic data interchange (EDI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling customer credits, returns, and quality assurance processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
