Administrative Assistant

Location

United Kingdom (Remote)

Salary

£13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage), equal to £201.75 to £269.00 per week across 15 to 20 hours

Contract

Temporary, part-time, until mid-December 2026

Hours

15 to 20 hours per week. You can choose which days and times you work, arranged in a way that suits both you and the organisation.

Reports To

Team lead (client side)

About the Role

You will join a friendly remote team and work through a varied list of administrative tasks, helping to get things organised, updated and completed before the end of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work through general administrative tasks and outstanding actions.
  • Manage and respond to emails and enquiries.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and CRM records.
  • Help organise online events and webinars.
  • Upload and update website content.
  • Schedule prepared social media content.
  • Organise electronic files, templates and documents.
  • Support mailing lists and newsletters.
  • Help with routine event and operational administration.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong organisation and comfort working through a task list independently.
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail.
  • Confidence working from home and managing your own workload.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and email.
  • Willingness to work across a variety of straightforward administrative tasks.
  • The ability to commit to the role until mid-December 2026.

Desirable

  • Experience with systems such as Zoom, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, YouTube or CRM databases. Experience of every system is not required.
