We’re looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team and play an important role in keeping the office and recruitment function running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our consultants, support candidate and client activity, and get involved in events, marketing and day-to-day office operations. This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in recruitment, with the potential to progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role over time.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
- Preparing and managing CVs and candidate profiles
- Creating and publishing engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
- Assisting with candidate searches and attraction campaigns
- Helping organise and coordinate recruitment events
- Responding to calls, emails and general enquiries in a professional manner
- Providing wider administrative and office support to the team
- Helping ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively

What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident and professional communicator
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and a range of online systems
- Familiar with job boards or recruitment platforms (desirable, but not essential)
- Able to manage competing priorities and stay on top of deadlines
- Positive, proactive and adaptable
- Keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in recruitment
