SCHOOL VACANCY

Dringhouses Primary School is seeking to recruit an experienced administrative assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy school office. The successful candidate will provide the school with efficient, responsive and high quality administrative support, as well as being an informed and welcoming point of contact to the school.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of school IT systems such as Arbor and ParentPay, as well as competence in using Microsoft Office, e-mail and website systems.

  • You will have strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritise your workload under the pressure of conflicting demands

The nature of the role will require you to work well both independently and as part of a team as well as exercising discretion and respect confidentiality at all times.
