Administrative Assistant with Driving Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide transportation assistance when required. The candidate will be organized, dependable, and possess a valid UK driving license, with the ability to manage both administrative responsibilities and driving duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Driving & Logistics Duties
- Safely drive company vehicles for office-related tasks.
- Transport vehicles to workshops, service centers, and maintenance appointments.
- Run official errands such as document delivery, banking, or supply collection.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and fuel consumption.

Requirements
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar dual-role position.
- Flexible and willing to assist with varied tasks.
