Job Title: Administrator
Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Administrator to join our team at Draycott in the Clay. You will support the admin team leader to ensure through (FSL) forward store locations data processing as well as complete inbound and outbound of kit. This will also include other tasks/activities to be completed in a timely and accurate manner.
You will be working 37.5 hours per week, on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
- Communicating and agreeing any urgent requests with management
- Creating booking slots for deployable new stock inbound
- Creating pre advice for the warehouse to book stock onto the system
- Raising outbound orders for warehouse to pick
- Shipping orders that have been collected or delivered
- Raising transport jobs and collections notes, and costing transport jobs
- General admin duties as required

What You Need to Succeed at GXO:
- Experience in warehouse administration or working with a Warehouse Management System, with confidence using IT systems.
- A reliable, flexible and self-motivated approach, with the ability to organise workload and communicate effectively.
- Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment, problem-solve confidently and contribute positively as part of a team.
- Adhere to all GXO health and safety policies.
