We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Customer Service Assistant to support the Arborist Sales Representative and the crew based at our office in Tockwith, York. We are looking for an individual who understands the importance and value of a client and recognises the significance of team support.

Responsibilities
The key duties of the Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Customer Service Assistant are:
- Providing support to the Arborist Sales Representative with respect to email management, diary management and correspondence
- Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers and building relationships with existing customers
- Liaising with customers at all levels
- Dealing with various financial procedures – taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
- Updating social media
- Office management duties

The job role is very varied and would suit someone who is a team player, proactive and forward thinking. Applicants will need to be extremely organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi task. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to work with our company’s in house computer systems (full training given).
