PART-TIME ADMIN. ASSISTANT JOB
Part-Time Administrative Assistant (12 hours per week)
Whiterok is a small architectural practice, based in Basingstoke. www.whiterok.co.uk
We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.
- Hours: 12 hours per week
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Working Pattern: Flexible days and hours to suit the right candidate (3 days - 4 hrs or 2 days - 6 hrs between core hours of 8:30 am to 6 pm)

- General administrative support
- Maintaining HR records
- Taking meeting notes and preparing minutes
- Tracking planning and building regulation applications
- Assisting with general compliance activities
- Reviewing and updating company policies
- Supporting the development and management of a client portal
About You:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
