Role Description
The Administrative Assistant role is a part-time, remote position supporting the smooth operation of Maxima Opus’s consulting and engineering activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Managing calendars
- Scheduling meetings
- Organising digital files and documentation for the leadership team
The role involves:
- Handling email and phone communications
- Preparing and formatting reports and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records in relevant systems
The Administrative Assistant will also:
- Support basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence
- Assist with updating company information and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and day-to-day office tasks.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, emails, and messages with clients and partners.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance to senior leaders or similar stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft 365) and basic familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in a technology, consulting, or professional services environment is beneficial.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain a high level of professionalism.
