Administrative Assistant - Reading/Madrid/Barcelona

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and coordinate the flow of documentation across internal systems
  • Ensure records are accurate, structured, and always up to date
  • Deliver high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail
  • Prepare and submit reports aligned with internal standards
  • Work closely with teams to keep processes running smoothly and on time
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and high-quality administrative standards

Your Profile

  • Experienced administrator who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support with accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with systems, databases, and Excel (full training will be provided)
  • Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills
  • Reliable and accountable approach to responsibilities
  • Genuine interest in developing long-term expertise in administrative work and contributing to this area
