Administration Assistant
We are looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role covering day-to-day administration, website and EPOS management, stock and pricing maintenance, and light marketing duties.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working with computer-based systems, and be able to manage a range of tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Administration
- Updating products, pricing, descriptions, and other website content
- Ensuring information displayed online is accurate and up to date
- Making routine website amendments as required
- EPOS & Stock Administration
- Maintaining product information within the EPOS system
- Updating prices, product descriptions, and order quantities
- Processing supplier price and product adjustments
- Assisting with stock administration and ensuring records remain accurate
- Adding and amending products as required
- Pricing & Supplier Administration
- Maintaining accurate product and supplier information
- Updating pricing following supplier changes
- Reviewing and adjusting order quantities where required
- Supporting management with general purchasing and product administration
- Marketing & Pricing Literature
- Assisting with light marketing activities
- Producing and updating price lists, promotional literature, and other customer-facing materials
- Helping to ensure marketing and pricing information is accurate and consistent across different channels
- General Administration
- Providing general administrative support to management and the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Carrying out other reasonable administrative duties as required by management

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using computers and able to learn new systems
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, websites, and EPOS/stock systems
- Accurate when working with pricing, product information, and data
- Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- A clear and professional communicator
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Flexible and happy to assist with different areas of the business when required
Previous experience in an administration, stock control, purchasing, retail, website administration, or marketing support role would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
