Job Opportunity: Full-Time Administration Assistant
Our Southampton office is currently looking for a full-time Administration Assistant who will primarily be based at our newly refurbished offices in Chilworth.
The successful candidate will assist the administration team in undertaking a wide range of tasks including the following:
- General reception duties including greeting clients and visitors both in person and on the telephone.
- Filing, archiving, and maintaining databases.
- Sending mailshots out by post and using our e-mail distribution system.
- Company Secretarial duties, completion of forms, and online filing of important documents.
- Arranging the appropriate checks and completing paperwork in respect of new clients.
- Collating correspondence and issuing via various electronic methods.

In order to carry out this role effectively, we are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
- Be confident and articulate with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via telephone, in person, and by e-mail.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have a well-organised and methodical approach to the workload and be able to manage deadlines and prioritise conflicting demands.
- Possess good IT skills.
- Value a team working environment, taking a proactive approach to tasks.
- The ability to work independently with limited guidance.
- Possess a positive and caring attitude towards your work and your colleagues.
