Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for an organised, reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote UK-based team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organisation and time-management skills who enjoys supporting day-to-day administrative activities and keeping business processes organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and business support
  • Manage emails, documents, records and internal information
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets
  • Support diary, meeting and calendar coordination where required
  • Prepare and update reports, documents and administrative records
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally
  • Help coordinate routine tasks, deadlines and follow-ups
  • Maintain organised digital files and documentation
  • Support wider teams with general administrative requirements

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Confident working with spreadsheets, documents and email
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Professional, reliable and proactive approach
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous administration, customer service, office support or business support experience is beneficial
