We are supporting the search for an Executive Assistant to join a leading US headquartered, global alternative investment firm in London.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting a team of c.8 senior investment professionals within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The business has built an exceptional reputation within the investment industry and is known for attracting and retaining outstanding talent across both its investment and business support functions.
The successful candidate will join an established Executive Assistant team that operates as a true partnership to the business. This is an environment where EAs are highly regarded, work closely together and take collective ownership of ensuring the office runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Extensive global travel coordination
- Meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
- Expense management and reporting
- Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation and coordination of meetings and materials
- Event and project support as required
- Working closely with the wider EA team to provide seamless support across the business

About You
- Significant Executive Assistant experience gained within alternative investments, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, infrastructure, real estate or a comparable investment environment
- Demonstrable career stability and strong professional references
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, demanding environment
- Excellent judgement, discretion and attention to detail
- A naturally proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
This is a collaborative culture where everyone contributes beyond their immediate responsibilities. Executive Assistants work as a team, supporting one another and the wider office when required, including occasional front-of-house and reception responsibilities. We're therefore looking for someone who is hands-on, adaptable and enjoys being part of a collective team effort.
