Admin Assistant (Travel, Meetings and Events)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to join the Travel, Meetings & Events (TME) team of a leading US firm.
This is a varied role supporting across travel, meetings and events, including invoices and expenses, supplier and venue administration, event coordination, reports, and general team queries. You’ll also assist with the travel programme, including hotel RFPs, gathering rates, and preparing comparison documents.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 1–2 years’ relevant legal administrative experience within a law firm, with exposure to travel, hospitality, or events. However, attitude is key, and we’re keen to hear from enthusiastic, organised candidates who are eager to learn and have excellent attention to detail.
