Location: Mango Studios LDN, Finsbury Park, London
Type: Part-time | In person
Working Hours: 25 hours per week
Remuneration: £14 per hour
Start Date: Monday 7th September 2026
Working Hours:
- Monday: 10am – 6pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10am – 5pm
Employment Status
Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the Youth Job Grant may be offered the role on a PAYE employment basis. Where the Youth Job Grant does not apply, the role may be offered on a self-employed basis, subject to the appropriate employment status requirements.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, confident and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of Mango Studios LDN. Administration is at the heart of this role. You will manage enquiries, bookings, client communication, invoicing and general administration, helping to keep the business organised and running efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a very organised mind who can multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure. You must have strong self-belief, confidence and tenacity, with the mindset that challenges can be overcome. You will need to be proactive, use your initiative and be ready to get stuck in. As we are a growing company, we want someone who is excited about developing their skills, taking on responsibility and growing with the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, website and social media.
- Manage bookings, calendars, appointments and client records.
- Prepare and send invoices, quotes and client documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, bookings and client information.
- Maintain accurate and highly organised administrative systems and records.
- Welcome clients and visitors and support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Work closely with our Storyteller & Editorial Manager to create social media content around blogs and written content.
- Support social media posting, Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Research potential clients, partnerships and opportunities when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, reception or a similar role.
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing demands.
- Able to remain calm, organised and effective when working under pressure.
- Strong self-belief, confidence and a positive mindset.
- Tenacious and determined, with the ability to keep going when faced with challenges.
- Proactive with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, accountable and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes.

Desirable
- Experience using CRM, booking or invoicing software.
- Basic Canva, CapCut or content creation skills.
- Experience working in a busy client-facing environment.
- Experience working within a start-up or growing small business.
- An interest in the creative industries, media, content creation or events.
