Part Time Administrative Assistant

18 hours per week
Mon, Tues, Wed term time only

Salary: Grade B Grade B £25,614 full time equivalent (£10,545 pro rata)

This is a rare opportunity to join the friendly, welcoming team in our good school (OFSTED September 2018).

Woolhampton CE Primary School is a small school with a caring and positive atmosphere. Our pupils are friendly, kind, courteous, and keen to learn and enjoy school. We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Will be a friendly face to pupils, parents, staff & visitors
  • Will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel and experience of Capita SIMS & Tucasi software will be desirable
  • Will be able to work methodically under their own initiative, and is flexible, approachable & willing to undertake any general administrative tasks, facilitating first aid when necessary
  • Will be able to work calmly in a busy reception office
  • Will enjoy working with children, parents, and staff
