Administrative Assistant
£32,000 per annum – Permanent – Full Time – Hybrid (2 Office Days per week)
This is a great opportunity to join the Housing team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a highly responsive and customer service focused individual to join as the Administrative Assistant to support the community safety team.
You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support helping to ensure that customer enquiries, case information and team processes are managed efficiently, accurately and professionally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships with colleagues, internal teams and external partners.
- Undertake initial triage of community safety cases prior to allocation, ensuring information is recorded accurately and escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate the mediation service, including liaising directly with customers and arranging meetings as required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including; Preparing incident schedules for high-risk or high-harm cases progressing through legal processes, drafting and issuing block letters and other customer communications and taking clear and accurate notes at meetings and maintaining associated records.

What we are looking for:
- Experience of providing administrative support within a busy office or customer-focused environment.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and updating electronic systems.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality, data protection and information security.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using F&O, Dynamics or similar business systems.
- Confident in dealing with customers both by telephone and in writing and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
