Location: Mayfair
Job Type: Full-time, Office-Based
Salary: £25,000–£27,000

Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Mayfair, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Office Management team. This varied and hands-on role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality reprographics support, assisting with document management, and delivering first-line support for office equipment while ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photocopy, scan, print, and prepare documents as required.
  • Compile, organise, and produce court bundles to a high standard.
  • Manage electronic documents, including uploading, saving, naming, scanning, and filing records accurately.
  • Provide first-line support for reprographics and office equipment.
  • Oversee the daily franking and distribution of outgoing mail.
  • Handle confidential and legally sensitive information in accordance with GDPR, firm procedures, and client confidentiality requirements.
  • Liaise professionally with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
  • Arrange and deliver documents to court when required.
  • Manage office stationery supplies and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.
  • Support the firm's archiving processes, including file retrieval, logging, scanning, filing deeds, and records management.
