What You’ll Do

  • Perform complex, multi-time zone calendar management for leadership, expertly balancing competing priorities and proactively addressing potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries, alongside accurate processing of expense reports.
  • Provide crucial business operations support by partnering with leaders to organize team offsites, key customer engagements, strategic business reviews, and internal events.
  • Facilitate effective meetings and communications by tracking action items, preparing comprehensive agendas, compiling essential briefing materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of leadership gatherings.
  • Act as a central point of contact and administrative anchor, fostering seamless collaboration across various cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience of dedicated administrative, executive support, or business partner experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in technology or global sales is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, dynamic calendars across multiple global time zones.
  • High proficiency with widely recognized productivity tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Meet.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong executive presence and a high degree of discretion.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, independently resolve operational bottlenecks, and adapt swiftly to rapidly shifting sales priorities.
