Administrative & Client Support Assistant
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Working Arrangement: Fully office-based
Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
Parking: On-site parking available
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrative & Client Support Assistant to join their growing team in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, reliable, and organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing a high level of support to clients. The successful candidate will take on a varied role, combining client communication with general administration and internal coordination.
You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries while supporting internal processes and the wider team. This role would suit someone who is detail-focused, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client support enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with queries and ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
- Manage, prepare, and send client documentation as required.
- Send client contracts and other documents via DocuSign.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate internal processes and ensure actions are followed up and completed.
- Assist with onboarding new clients where required.
- Ensure documentation and records are accurate and maintained to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Help ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the business.
- Take ownership of tasks and provide additional administrative support as required.

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
