Administration Executive

Location: Redhill, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Fixed term – 1 year
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 depending on experience.

At The Lucy Rayner Foundation, we support the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Surrey. We are a small, values-led charity with a big heart, and we are now looking for an experienced and highly organised Administration Executive to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation. You will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office, provide high-quality administrative support to our leadership team, and play an important part in supporting our counselling services, volunteers, and events.

If you are proactive, professional, and thrive in a varied role where your work genuinely makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for many of our supporters, partners, and service users. You will manage core office administration, support the CEO and Operations Manager, coordinate volunteers, and provide administrative assistance across the charity’s services and activities.

No two days will be the same, and you will need to be confident juggling priorities while maintaining a calm, compassionate, and professional approach at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
