About One Advisory
Established in 2006, we have grown to become one of the City’s leading advisory firms, providing comprehensive and cost-effective financial reporting and governance services to London-listed public companies. Our services have historically focused on companies with shares traded on the London Stock Exchange, but we also support private investor-backed businesses and other smaller private firms.
Our governance professionals support a diverse range of client types, from fast-growing startups to long-established retailers, and everything in between. We sit in boardrooms, give advice on a range of topics including good governance practices and compliance matters. We help with corporate transactions, draft Annual Reports, shareholder documents and news announcements, manage shareholder meetings, arrange dividend approvals, and much more.
Job Description
Our growing team needs capable support with operational matters, business development and marketing, event management, financial performance monitoring, data management and client onboarding AML/KYC processes, in addition to providing routine administrative support to the team.
As an Administrative Executive you will work primarily with the Governance team and (with the Operations Manager and the Team Assistant to the Financial Reporting team) provide broader ‘Central Services’ support across the whole One Advisory team. We were acquired by FRP Advisory Group in 2025, which brings opportunities to integrate with new systems and processes, and find new efficiencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their career in administration and operational support services within a professional services environment. The role will give exposure to a broad range of tools, processes and systems which are core to smooth and profitable operations and provide plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.
Routine Administration
- Handle telephone calls, incoming post, client enquiries and shared email inboxes efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings including booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and recording and following up on action points. Assist with various administrative tasks such as document formatting, data entry and maintaining records.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools to improve document quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Work with the Marketing team to prepare newsletters, client communications, website content, and social media materials in line with One Advisory branding guidelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
