About CAFA
CAFA is a fast-growing, UK-headquartered, internationally recognised climate NGO. Our mission is to speed up industry and business transition, and we do that by working with the trade associations and professional bodies that set the standards for entire sectors.
About the Role
This role keeps CAFA running smoothly for our members and wider community. You'll support our Engagement and Impact Lead to:
- Organise online and face-to-face events
- Coordinate meetings across busy diaries
- Take notes and track actions through to completion
- Keep our member database up to date
- Help onboard new members

Requirements
This is a key role in a small, tight-knit team, ideal for an early career professional who wants real ownership early and scope to grow fast. It is not for the faint-hearted. It asks for ambition, dedication, a strong work ethic, can-do energy, and an entrepreneurial approach.

Job Details
- Full time, permanent, hybrid (UK-based)
- Starting salary from £25,000, in line with experience, plus annual performance-related bonus
- Right to work in the UK required
