About The Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organisation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars
- Schedule meetings
- Arrange travel
- Prepare correspondence
- Create reports
- Develop presentations
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
- Handle incoming calls and visitor reception
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation
