Job Title: Administrative Fashion Sales Coordinator

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and meticulous Administrative Fashion Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is the crucial link between departments, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and on time. You will play a key role in supporting the full product lifecycle, from sample management and critical path tracking to liaising with suppliers and assisting the sales team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and it offers the opportunity to gain experience and develop your career within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product information across excel trackers and internal systems.
- Raise and manage orders accurately, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist with sample management, tracking, organising, and preparing for customer meetings.
- Liaise with suppliers to chase samples, approvals, and delivery updates.
- Support the sales team with order administration to ensure success at every stage.
- Coordinate license product approvals and processes
- Manage customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong excel skills and excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for fashion and enthusiasm for the industry
- Self-motivated with the drive to develop and grow in the role.

Remuneration & Hours of Work
- Salary: Dependent upon experience
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30-5:30pm
- Fridays: 8:30-3:00pm
