Administrative & HR Assistant

OMB Holdings · London - Hybrid · Full-time

OMB Holdings is a privately held investment and holding company overseeing a portfolio of businesses across several sectors, including consumer brands, property technology, distribution, financial trading, and automotive. We are a small, fast-moving team and we are looking for an organised, discreet, and dependable Administrative & HR Assistant to support the group's leadership and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the organisational backbone of a business — keeping things running, staying on top of detail, and supporting the team across several companies at once.

The Role

You will provide administrative and HR support across the group and its businesses, working directly with senior leadership. No two days are the same, and the role spans a genuine mix of responsibilities.

Administrative

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel for the leadership team
  • Organising and maintaining company records, files, and documents
  • Preparing documents, correspondence, and basic reports
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operations
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
