Administrative Lead - District Nursing and Community Therapy Services

We're looking for a dynamic Administrative Lead to support the District Nursing and Community Therapy Services teams across South West Oxfordshire.

This role is going though job evaluation, therefore some duties may change.

This is a varied and demanding role that will provide opportunities for developing processes within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate paper and electronic records are maintained.

You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a busy and varied environment.

Responsibilities

As the Administrative Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the administrative team across four sites, working flexibly to meet the needs of a busy multi-disciplinary team.

Our South West team is based across Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage and Faringdon. The successful candidate will be expected to spend 2-3 days per week in Abingdon, with the remaining time spent on a rotational basis across the other sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
