Administrative Manager High-End Central London Restaurant | £48,000–£55,000 per annum DOE

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrative Manager to join a prestigious high-end restaurant in Central London. This is a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm role with no weekend work. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the restaurant’s day-to-day administration, financial administration and operational support, working closely with the owners and current management team.

The Role

This is a purely administrative and operational support position — there is no floor work involved. You will be responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently from an administrative and financial perspective, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all restaurant administration and financial administration.
  • Completing and overseeing daily/weekly cash-ups and financial reconciliations.
  • Preparing and monitoring P&Ls and financial reports.
  • Managing and coordinating staff rotas.
  • Working closely with the owners and existing management team.
  • Providing ongoing operational and administrative support to the restaurant.
  • Monitoring costs, figures and financial performance.
  • Supporting events administration and coordination.
  • Understanding events sales, targets and sales incentives.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing new ideas and processes to improve the way the business operates.
  • Providing accurate, timely information to ownership and management to support decision-making.
  • Ensuring strong administrative controls and processes are maintained across the business.

About You

We are looking for someone with significant experience in high-end hospitality management, ideally within a premium restaurant or similar luxury hospitality environment. You will need to be:

  • Highly experienced and confident with numbers and financials.
  • Extremely organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware.
  • Experienced with cash-ups, rotas and P&Ls.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with owners and senior management.
  • Experienced in hospitality administration and operational support.
  • Knowledgeable about events and event sales, including sales incentives.
  • Proactive, with the ability to identify problems and come up with practical solutions.
  • Someone who naturally looks for ways to improve efficiency, processes and profitability.
  • Professional, discreet and confident working within a high-end environment.
  • Able to work independently while also being an effective member of the management team.
