We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to take ownership of our UK office operations while providing trusted support to senior leadership and working closely with our Finance and HR teams. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and contributing to a positive employee experience in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the UK office including facilities management, office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships whilst ensuring a productive, organised, and professional working environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries and support internal and external stakeholders
- Support senior leadership with administrative coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and document preparation as required
- Partner with Finance on invoice processing, expense management, purchase requests, and budget tracking activities
- Collaborate with HR to support onboarding, office inductions, employee experience initiatives, and workplace engagement activities
- Organize office events, meetings, workshops, and team activities
- Maintain accurate office records, policies, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality, health & safety, and workplace compliance requirements
- Develop and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in office management, administration, and supporting C-level executives or Senior Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, and workplace services
- Experience supporting finance and HR-related administrative processes is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
