The Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting Administrative Officers across England and Wales.
This opportunity is part of a recruitment campaign which includes five different operational support roles. About the role
Administrative Officers provide vital support to departments across the organisation. You draft, monitor and record correspondence, helping us to work effectively and efficiently. You are the first point of contact for your team, responding professionally to queries and promptly escalating any issues. Your customer service helps to maintain positive relationships with criminal justice partners, external agencies and members of the public.
About you
You don’t need specific qualifications or experience to apply – if you share our values and commitment to public service, we’d like to hear from you. We provide full training and a range of learning and development opportunities to support your career progression. Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills are essential – including knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
